Matt is responsible for all things finance and accounting, strategic planning and analysis, forecasting, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Prior to joining VRI, Matt was Senior Vice President Corporate Planning and Treasurer at Macy’s, Inc. where he served for 13 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles. Prior to Macy’s, he spent several years in investment banking and investor relations.
Matt earned his B.A. in Economics from Boston College and MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
In his free time, Matt can usually be found spending time with his wife and three kids, often coaching or cheering on the kids in whatever sport is in season.
VRI currently provides monitoring for Matt’s parents.
As SVP of Sales, Seth cultivates and shares the VRI story, connects the needs of vendors to the VRI’s innovations, and ensures that VRI provides the same exceptional service to our partners as we do for the parents and grandparents we are entrusted to serve.
Prior to VRI, Seth served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Acclaris, a Wills Towers Company, and Senior VP of Sales and founding team member of Silverlink Communications.
Seth is a graduate of the University of Vermont and resides in Minnesota with his wife and daughters.
VRI currently provides monitoring for Seth’s grandma.
VP, IT & Product
John is responsible for all the infrastructure and application development teams, including driving the innovation of VRI’s comprehensive solutions for remote patient monitoring.
John is a Certified Lean Facilitator with extensive experience in synergizing companywide goals using innovative technical solutions. His responsibilities at VRI include analyzing and improving processes to enhance IT systems and dashboard reporting for all teams.
John holds his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering with a minor in Forensic Science from Saint Louis.
VP, Referral Sales
Megan is responsible for leading VRI’s Referral Sales Team which partners closely with health plans, Government agencies as well as home health and home care companies across the nation to be the provider of choice when it comes to remote patient monitoring.
Prior to joining VRI, Megan managed sales and operations for one of the leading respiratory providers in the nation where she spent over 15 years developing top performing teams, implementing sales strategy and driving process improvements.
Megan studied Business Management at the University of Phoenix.
In her free time, Megan can be found seeking out a variety of new work outs or spending time with her family, friends, and four rescue dogs.
VRI currently provides monitoring for Megan’s grandmother.
VP, Solution Operations
Chris is responsible for helping VRI launch, measure, and report on successful programs to support our clients and partners.
Prior to joining VRI, Chris led national field operations and analytics for a durable medical equipment company. He was responsible for improving patient experience, driving company growth, project management and optimizing efficiency.
Chris earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of New Mexico.
In his free time, Chris can be found mountain biking, reading a memoir, going to a ball game or traveling internationally.
VRI currently provides monitoring for Chris’s grandmother.
VP, Quality and Process Improvement
As VP of Quality and Process Improvement Jessica is responsible for the leadership and strategic process improvement of VRI programming, including project management, contracts, compliance, regulatory management, revenue management, and quality assurance. Jessica also serves as the Compliance Officer overseeing the establishment of standards to ensure compliance with both regulatory and contractual requirements and the implementation of procedures to further VRI’s strong culture of compliance.
Prior to joining VRI, Jessica served on the as the Senior Director of Healthcare Compliance and Compliance Officer for First Transit providing guidance on strategy, pricing, technology and processes to drive growth, efficiencies and operational oversight for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and Contact Center services. At First Transit, she lead the creation and implementation of a Compliance Department and Privacy Program across Transit’s nation-wide platform. She was also crucial in transforming First Transit’s network selection, credentialing and oversight program into a best in class program and industry standard. Prior to her tenure with First Transit, Jessica was a litigator with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP.
Jessica earned her B.A. in Communications from Miami University and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. She also holds the following certifications from the CCB, Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys cooking, reading, trying her hand at home improvements and obsessing over Ohio State football. Most weekends she can be found on the sidelines with her husband, Brian, and doodle, Luna, cheering on their two boys, Graysen and Dashel.
VP, Employee & Customer Experience
Kinsey is responsible for providing innovative support solutions for VRI’s internal and external customers, maintaining a regular feedback cycle for both, and ensuring those we are entrusted to care for are always at the heart of our decisions.
Prior to joining VRI, Kinsey led the national operations for a customer focused retail company, driving growth and developing talent and served as an Engagement Consultant for large organizations.
Kinsey earned her Bachelors Degree from Belmont University and is a Certified Net Promoter Professional.
In her spare time, Kinsey can be found seeking new adventures with her pilot husband (Marshal), hiking with her French Bulldog (Bogey), or jumping from airplanes as a licensed skydiver.
VRI currently provides monitoring for Kinsey’s grandmother and uncle.
VP, Care Operations
Tony is responsible for ensuring VRI’s monitoring teams provide round-the-clock, exceptional care for each individual VRI has the honor to serve.
Prior to joining VRI, Tony served in progressive leadership roles in financial planning & analysis and global call center organizations.
Tony earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Cincinnati and his MBA from Xavier University.
In his spare time, Tony can be found spending time with his wife or cheering on one of their four children at their sporting events.
